Shipping
What shipping method do you use?
Orders are shipped using Canada Post & Fedex. CybeleLabs.com currently provides 3 shipping options for Canadian deliveries. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship all orders in 1-2 business days. However, during high volume times such as special events and sales, orders may be delayed. You will receive a email with tracking information once the item is shipped.
Do you ship your products internationaly?
We currently only ship Hydra products within Canada. grow Accessories can be shipped worldwide for free.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location, usually 1-5 days for Canadian customers ordering Hydra products. Grow Accessories ship directly from the manufacturer and take an estimated 15-30 days to deliver.

What is your return policy?
Put our liquid nutrients to the test! Use Hydragrow, Hydrabloom and HydraCalMag for up to 90 days risk-free. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return the product for a full refund. Please contact us at info@cybelelabs.com. For grow accessories, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help you out with either a refund or replacement.
